Introduction to your Tibetan Spaniel

Woof – I am a Tibetan Spaniel and I see myself as a happy, charming, sociable dog with bags of energy and personality. I also love my creature comforts, so do provide me with somewhere nice to snuggle and some toys to play with please!

I am a great family pet and companion and love to be around a loving family. I am happy to be with an experienced and a non- experienced dog owner as I have a good natured disposition and a playful attitude.

My name is Tamsin

Just so you know I can be stubborn and independent, which can make training something of a challenge for you at times but I am quick to learn and very smart. I am not overly demanding in terms of exercise but like to have regular walks and to be able to enjoy a safe and secure place where I can play when not on a leash.

I get to know you as my owner quite quickly and tend to be in tune with your emotions as I enjoy interaction and do not like to be left alone or neglected.

Get me out and about as soon as you can so I can meet other dogs and people as this will help my confidence and stability in my temperament. I can sometimes be wary around strangers and I will bark and raise the alarm if I am worried about someone or something that is going on.

I love children but I do not like to be roughly handled, so please handle me gently and carefully as you would your prized possessions. I do like other pets too, so happy to be amongst other friends of your family.
